VoiceOver doesn't read QQuickWidget

      Steps to reproduce

      Actual Result
      VoiceOver says: "quickwidget, window, window"

      Expected Result
      VoiceOver says: "... This is a test. ..."

      VoiceOver reads if I open the test.qml with qmlscene. I would also expect to "read" keypresses as orca (Linux) and Microsoft Narrator (Windows) do. This doesn't work with qmlscene either.

      Note: I'm assuming that, this is one of the causes why QWebEngineView is not read by VoiceOver: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-78284
