QTextBoundaryFinder needs updated to match UCD Revision 24

    Description

      In updating UCD to Revision 24, including updating tst_QTextBoundaryFinder's data, I find 57 of the updated tests fail. I have commented them out but kept the unmodified data files alongside the doctored ones, ready for use once someone familiar with this code can finish the update.
      This presumably requires changes to QTextBoundaryFinder.

      Please rename each *.txt.full back over *.txt and delete the ReadMe.full.txt I added, once this is completed.
