Application crashes when Mac returns from sleep

      I have an application (Qt Creator actually, but it seems to be unrelated to Qt Creator itself) which crashes from time to time when I unlock (returning from sleep) my Mac.
      However, the crash doesn't occur every time when I unlock the Mac (to reproduce it with Qt Creator, I ran Analyze -> QML Profiler).

      It seems to be related to a change in the screen configuration (the stack trace shows QWindowSystemInterface::handleScreenRemoved(QPlatformScreen*)). See the attached the crash report.txt
