MaintenanceTool - Add or Remove components: Could show all possible components per installed version.

Users have requested an update to the Maintenance tools : Add or Remove components feature that it would show all possible components for each installed Qt version even if no package categories would be selected.

Other option would be that if the Maintenance tool finds versions that do not belong to LTS category it would have those categories automatically selected.

Currently if no "Show package categories" is selected the tool shows all installed version but not the possible components that could be installed. They appear once correct "Show package categories" are selected.
