Actual problem happens in build phase:
/home/qt/work/install/bin/qmake -install qinstall /home/qt/work/qt/qtquickcontrols/tests/auto/testplugin/QtQuickControlsTests/qmldir QtQuickControlsTests/qmldir
That installed qmldir is not included into test artifacts by default because it is originated from source tree.
