Toolbars don't have a small X in the corner

    Description

      On Windows, when a toolbar is just hovering in space and not docked anywhere, it has a small X in its corner which enables the user to close it. Qt toolbars don't have this X and they cannot be closed by themselves. This is not the expected behavior in windows.
