Kubuntu 19.10, debug build of Qt 5.13 latest

While optimizing painting in an application, I discovered that TextField is a major cause of clipping. It seems to have clipping unconditionally enabled, contrary to an important performance guideline from Qt's own documentation. I created a simple example that can be run with QSG_VISUALIZE=clip qmlscene cliptest.qml.
