Description
Large projects may contain a significant number of sub-projects which only contain portable (non-QT) C++ code. For these kind of sub-projects, it would be a nice to skip running moc (I haven't measured, but I suspect it would noticeably speed up running qmake in this case)
Here's an example of an open source project following a layered approach, where qmake is used as build system but only the UI parts use Qt:
