Symbian: Branch indicator in tree view is misplaced

    Description

      The branch indicators ('+' and '-' symbols to open/collapse items) are not centered vertically, correctly.

      I believe that issue was introduced when itemview items were made more finger friendly by increasing their height. QS60Style::drawPrimitive(PE_IndicatorBranch) should center the item vertically.
