Downloading from primary URL: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/e/epel-release-7-11.noarch.rpm' fails, because the file doesn't exist anymore.

And download from alternative URL: http://ci-files01-hki.intra.qt.io/input/rhel7/epel-release-7-11.noarch.rpm fails too, while it actually is there.

Possibly the problem is that the environment cannot access ci-files01-hki or that there is a bug that alternative url is not really used.
