Allow downloading debug symbols for Qt Creator through the maintenance tool

    Description

      They are available for download, but I can't find an option to do so through the installer. This would greatly help me to report Creator crashes with a useful stack trace.

      The closest thing I could find was Debugging Tools for Windows, which doesn't seem to be what I'm after:
