Qt3D app using Qt3DQuickWindow crash on macOS 10.14

    Description

      Apps using Qt3DQuickWindow crash in the rendering thread when making the context current. Fine when using Scene3D which uses what ever thread qtquick is using to do the rendering.

      Probably related to QTBUG-71731
