[REG 5.14] Missing renderProcessTerminated signal

      It looks like the renderProcessTerminated signal isn't emitted anymore. This can be observed by e.g. opening chrome://crash in simplebrowser (or killing the renderer process by hand) - no message box is displayed anymore.
