Document TDS driver as obsolete

      TDS is no longer used by MS Sql Server, and is superceded by ODBC. freetds is unsupported and largely unmaintained, and a rewrite of the driver to ct-tds is not on the immediate roadmap.

      Based on that, the QTDS driver should be documented as obsolete for Qt 4.7.
