ListView does not scroll with TouchPad

    Description

      In following attached example, a  list view having TableView as delegate item. can not scroll vertically using touchpad, but scrolling horizontally works. if "interactive: false" is set on all the TableView then vertical scrolling is smooth but then horizontal scrolling stops. 

      It scrolls vertically using the mouse wheel on the ListView and use Shift + Wheel to scroll horizontally on the TableView.
