5.9.9: Cannot find missing dependency qt.qt5.599.examples.qtspeech for qt.qt5.599.qtspeech

During 5.9.9 installation qtspeech examples dependency is not found.

Issue most likely due to export tool behavior change for documentation and examples packages already a some time ago. Although all documentation and examples packaging configurations were updated accordingly for all active Qt branches the status of qtspeech module in 5.9 is different than on later versions and requires a bit different approach on configurations.
