Drag and drop doesn't work in Gnome Wayland session

    Description

      Drag and drop doesn't work under Gnome Wayland session for any Qt application. I tested this with QtCreator and draggableicons example from qtbase. I also tested KDE Plasma and Weston, both work just fine so it must be either a bug in Mutter or Qt wayland plugin doesn't properly handle Mutter use case.

      I'm attaching debug outputs where I run draggableicons in Gnome and Weston.
