QtQuick: External drag and drop between Qt applications broken

Reproduction steps:

1. Open examples/quick/externaldraganddrop
2. Try to drag text between the boxes within the application - works as expected
3. Try to drag text from an external  program - Seems to work but when dropping text, none is displayed
4. Try to drag text to an external  program - Seems to work but when dropping text, none is displayed

Observations:

• QQuickDropEvent has hasText set to true
• QDuickDropEvent's text property is always empty
