Applications icons do not work in the makefile based build system for Symbian, because mifconv doesn't work

    Description

      Running the tool fails for some unknown reason. Currently it's disabled by the FIXME portion near the end of mkspecs/symbian/linux-armcc/features/symbian_building.prf.
