Pasting files does nothing on QtWebEngine for Windows

Repro:

1. Start the quicknanobrowser.
2. Navigate to any website which includes a text area (e.g. pastebin.com)
3. Open Windows Explorer, select a file and press Copy (Ctrl + C)
4. In the quicknanobrowser, focus the text area and press Paste (Ctrl + V)

Observe:

Nothing happens.

Expected:

On other platforms (e.g. MacOS), and on QtWebKit, the file's path is pasted into the text area.
