wasm: windows app build fails

      Using webassembly binaries form commandline fails with this error:

      C:\Qt\5.14.0\wasm_32\include\QtCore/qcompilerdetection.h:558:6: error: Qt requires a C++11 compiler and yours does not seem to be that.
