      Description

This means a wl_keyboard.repeat_info with a rate of 1 (meaning 1 character per second) will be interpreted as 1 key every milliisecond (meaning 1000 characters per second).

This is a regression, because previously, repeat rate and delay was just hard-coded, while now it may become unusable in some configurations.

The fix should be very simple.
