Update CMake to 3.16.1

    Description

      With QTBUG-58252, CMake 3.16.0 can now be installed through the Qt Installer - Yay! Recently a new version of CMake, 3.16.1 was released. The patch releases of CMake fix important bugs and this one is not exception.

      Please update the version in the online installer.
