QTableWidget Palette Returns Wrong Alternate Row Color

if alternate row color of a table widget or table view is requested through the palette attribute alternateBase, the value is is different than actual color.

This happens dark mode as well in light mode. 

it reports blatant lie, can be seen with example alternaterow-.zip OSX 10.14.6.

In Other example with custom stylesheet this prints correct if ensurePolished is called.
