Freetype: font can be embolden twice

      To reproduce, download Noto Sans:
      https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/noto-sans

      Only NotoSans-Bold.ttc from there is needed. And run attached example.

      When setting setBold(true) with this, it seems to have an effect.

      Windows font engine seems to ignore the setBold setting, so it must be knowable that it is already a bold font.
