Anyhow, the referenced file LICENSE.LGPL is missing in the repository/packages (got renamed to LICENSE.LPGLv21 in commit f75a676dfb37867d4 ). Also, the documentation for qtscript states that it is available under LGPLv3 or GPLv2 or commercial.
