If you click on the Edit Tab Order button, you go to the mode where you can order the tab

but If you click again to switch back to edit mode, nothing changes, even if the button changes, the designer stays in Edit Tab Order mode

you have to close the .UI file and open it again

before : the Edit Tab Order button is pushed, you go to Tab Mode
after : the Edit Tab Order button is pushed again, but you stay in Tab Mode
