Add support for multi-abi Qt For Android builds

    Description

      Qt 5.14.0 learned how to configure and build Qt targeting multiple Android ABIs in one go.

      We should investigate how we can make that work in the Qt CMake port. This is about building Qt for Android, not building apps using Qt For Android.

      One approach to try is the one we used with External Projects for Qt5 CMake applications.

      One point to consider is 3rd party library dependencies. We are not using vcpkg or Conan at the moment, but assuming that we might in the future, we'd have to figure out how to pass the correct toolchain file and any other options to the spawned external projects.
