QSG_RENDER_LOOP=threaded makes event dispatching slower

    Description

      Application: QtApplicationManager custom appman example which uses QtWayland and an application with Qt3DStudio presentation (ogl-runtime).

      Target: Intel NUC I7 

      There is a visible pause between events that are generated in top-lvl window, and wayland window below if QSG_RENDER_LOOP=threaded in use.
