Regression: SVG images not scaled regardless of aspect ratio

    Description

      Versions up to 5.14.0 scaled SVG images through the SVGRenderer regardless of their aspect ratio.

       

      Newer ones (5.14.0+) don't.

       

      This is a regression from the previous behavior and has been introduced by the bug fix for QTBUG-70256. I've bisected it down to that commit. Took me a good while to do so...

       

      Please consider reverting this behavior to not break user applications. Alternatively, the changelog should have spelled that out prominently, but there was no mention of this.

       

      This is not a duplicate of QTBUG-80888 since the proposed fix there does not effect this bug.
