Deprecate QJsonDocument::from/toBinaryData() in 5.15

    Description

      With CBOR support introduced, QJsonDocument::fromBinaryData() is deprecated.

       

      As a first step we need to deprecate the function in 5.15 and remove it in the dev branch.
