windelployqt is broken in Qt5.14 ("unable to find platform plugin")

    Description

      windeployqt is shows error for qml project "unable to find platform plugin"

      Setup:

      1. Qt 5.14 opensource
      2. Windows 10

      Step to reproduce

      1. create qml project in qt creator
      2. build in release/debug mode
      3. open Qt mingw console
      4. Navigate to build folder and launch windeployqt with --qmldir .
      5.  error  "unable to find platform plugin" occurs

      Observations:

      No issues observed in Qt 5.12.X series
