Description
Since the upgrade to Qt 5.14.0 I have been experiencing an issue with qutebrowser (which uses the Qt WebEngine) where the touchpad scrolling will suddenly stop working. The issue will be local to a single tab. Switching to another tab and then back to the original tab, refreshing the tab, or switching focus to another window and then back to the browser fixes the issue. I have been able to reproduce the same issue in the Falkon browser as well with the only difference being that switching tabs does not fix the problem.
