Penmount touchscreen

There is a problem with touchscreen and widgets events. I use touchscreen Penmount Serial Touchscreen and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Everything works fine in the system.

If I click on a button I will get pressed state but never released. The same in case of QComboBox when selecting an item - it is possible to select in the list but not possible to choose the value as confirmed and shown as the text. But, tabs selecting in QTabWidget works fine because only pressed state is triggered. All the widgets where press+release event is triggered - simulation of mouse left button click it does not work.

I know it does not work in 5.12.6 and 5.13 and it does wok in 5.9.9. I don't know what version the problem has appeared since. I haven't tried other versions.
