QSvgGenerator clipping not implemented

    Description

      QSvgGenerator clipping does not work due to SVG Tiny 1.2 which is not mentioned in docs and further Qt example for how to use QSvgGenerator makes a call to QPainter::setClipRect (https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtsvg-svggenerator-example.html) indicating stating that drawing code utilizing QPainter will work properly rendering to QSvgGenerator without the need to consider paint device specific behavior.

      Clarification that it can not work because of clip module is needed.
