MinGW: Do not ship host tools with binary information

    Description

      moc.exe in official Qt 5.14.0 packages is 38.6 MB big, similar is true also for the other host tools. This is a consequence of Qt now being configured with -force-debug-info.

      The configure command line should be extended with QMAKE_LFLAGS_APP+=-s, much like we've done previously for Linux: https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/269387
