QLocaleData::m_currency_rounding is unused

    Description

      The QLocale infrastructure extracts currency rounding information from the CLDR and includes it in the data available on each locale; however nothing makes any use of it (and no public API exposes it for use). We should either remove it or work out what it's for and use it.
