Remove support for old QShader serialization formats in Qt 6.0

      Continuation of QTBUG-81298.

      Support for version 1, 2 and 3 of serialized QShaders can be removed in Qt 6.0. (the .qsb files in qtbase, qtdeclarative, and quickcontrols2 are already version 4)

      This will remove the binary JSON and CBOR dependency.
