Extend description of QML Camera states

On the page Camera QML Type, chapter cameraState : enumeration, for value LoadedState to cell Description add following sentence:

Camera consumes power in this state.

Add same sentence to the description of function stop().

The reason is following - if the description of UnloadedState was missed during reading, then reader can not know about power consumption in LoadedState and after stop() call. Function stop() turns off viewfinder but leaves camera in LoadedState. Screen is blank, photos cannot be made but camera still consumes power.
