Find out why CTest execution of tst_qmake leads to timeout

      When running the test tst_qmake::subdir_via_pro_file_extra_target() from CTest it leads to a timeout which causes the test to fail. Running the test without CTest or with make check in qmake does not exhibit this behavior.

      Current theory is that CTest must change the execution environment in a way that's affecting the execution of that test.

      This requires more investigation.
