Remove Tech Preview flag for OpcUA

      The Qt OpcUA module is in stable mode for quite some time. Hence the installer should not indicate the Tech Preview anymore and the labels must be updated.

       

      Some parts of the module are under preview, but the C++ part is perfectly fine for production.
