Document the Qt PDF module

Details

    Description

      The Qt PDF and Qt Quick PDF modules currently contain some documentation. For the release, the documentation should be edited and configured to be built.

      Also, the PDF Viewer examples (C++ and QML) should be documented.

      In Qt 5.15, we'll also want to document building the module with CMake. For an example, see here: https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtcore-index.html
