KDE/Wayland: Can't move or resize QWindow when it is snapped to screen edge

    Description

      1. We have window with initial size (e.g. width) which exceeds avail screen size
      2. When window is shown it is resized to screen avail width and height (no matter which flag is set)
      3. We try to move or resize window by calling setPosition or resize.
      4. Window size and position is not affected on side, which is snapped to screen edge
