Arabic font looks awful

      Hi.
      Arabic fonts used in GUI dialogs look terrible and are not readable.
      Please find attached screenshots of the same dialog made on macOS 10.14.6 and macOS 10.15.2
      I tried building the app using 5.9 and 5.12 with no luck.

      Update: Toolbar button text looks the same and correct on both systems.
      Update2: The easiest way to reproduce this bug is to build i18n Qt example.
