Description
When running https://github.com/mitchcurtis/slate with Qt 5.13.1, I can see the text of buttons in a DialogButtonBox. With 5.13.2 and later, it's gone.
Steps to reproduce:
- Run the app
- Ctrl+N
- Click "New Image"
- Text of buttons in bottom-right of dialog is missing
I haven't been able to isolate this in a minimal example yet. I don't think it's the same as QTBUG-76229, as the workarounds for that and the qtdeclarative patch don't help.

I had someone test it on their MacBook Pro with 10.14.2 and it worked for them (with 5.13.2), so it might be a problem with hardware or the OS version.
I also managed to reproduce it on Ubuntu 16.04 in a VM.
