Puzzle example looses pieces

Select Welcome -> Examples -> Item Views Puzzle Example and run it. When moving pieces around the drop area is way to the right of the cursor and the piece. Dropping the piece to an occupied square, it just disappeared. Now I have partly solved puzzle that cannot be finished because I cannot find, where few of the pieces went.
