The client doesn't see when the server it's down if it's using a replica

Steps to reproduce:

1 - start the server

2 - start the replica (set the heartbeat)

3 - start the client (set the heartbeat and monitor stateChanged)

4 - kill the server, the client should get a stateChanged with Suspicios but it doesn't get any notification.
