xcb: frame extents are not available right after window is shown with gnome and kwin making move() to not account for them

Moving right after showing a window with gnome and (newer?) kwin doesn't seem to take window frames into account, which leads to wrong positioning. Some older WMs seem to work better, but since these are big WMs, perhaps something could be done to fix these, even at expense of breaking it with some older WMs
