Description
Research what is needed for QtDC to move toolchains in to containers and create related requirements under Epic QTBUG-81947
Primary focus is on Qt DC Embedded Linux and Yocto but while at it consider also what is needed for other targets.
Align this work with what is going on under MCU / UL-911.
