Avoid using deprecated Harfbuzz API

    Description

      Since the latest update of Harfbuzz NG, the hb_ot_tags_from_script() has been deprecated and we had to enable deprecated APIs in the build.

      As a follow-up, we should fix the usage of the deprecated APIs to use the alternatives instead.
